My Qualifications

I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas with Executive Texas Realty, and I assist residential clients through both the buying and selling process.  I love helping my clients buy, sell and rent properties and manage every aspect of the real estate transaction.  No matter if you're looking to list your current property or are looking to buy a new home, I can help you find the ideal opportunity.   The ETR office is located in Old Town Spring, and I primarily assist buyers and sellers in the areas of Spring, Tomball, Conroe, The Woodlands, Montgomery, and Magnolia.  Don’t be concerned if you are not searching for a home or wanting to list a home in one of these areas.  I am able to work throughout the Houston metro area.  Looking to purchase in other areas of the state?  I’ve got an extensive network of contacts throughout Texas who can assist you.

In addition, I can assist with the purchase of new construction homes.  As a former employee of a nationwide builder, I know how important it is to stay on top of your build, the key dates during the build, and the closing process.

My Background

Before becoming a Realtor, I held the titles of mom, client services coordinator, business development coordinator, marketing director, marketing coordinator, and community outreach intern. I've had experience with both bad agents and agents who were just okay. I didn't enter the field of real estate for a big paycheck. I entered it so that I could do a better job for BUYERS and SELLERS. I want to be able to make the homebuying or selling process as stress-free as possible for you and want to make it something you enjoy instead of something you dread.

 

There is a sense of fulfillment that comes when as buyer, you walk into your future home - it is written in the smile on your face and the way you talk about the property. That same sense comes when I see a weight lifted off the shoulders of you, my seller clients, when your house goes under contract and then closes. THAT'S why I went into real estate. To see YOU get THAT look on your face.
